Warranty Information
Yes, the cover and the cushion are both washable. The cover should be washed on gentle cycle and dried without heat. The gel component may be handwashed with warm water and soap, the rinsed with warm water only, and then air dried.
Each of our cushions is designed to fill specific sections of the medical needs market. However, it is the policy of EquaPressure® not to recommend a specific cushion to anyone. Instead, you should consult with your medical professional and an authorized durable medical equipment dealer.
At this time we don't ship internationally to customers, only to distributors. Check out our "Where to Buy" page for possible distributors in your area.
EquaGel® cushions do not break down from pressure and moisture overtime, unlike traditional cushions. Our seat cushions are extremely durable and long-lasting.

The weights of the cushions depends on the model and dimensions. Rather than list all 32 cushions here, these are the weights for each style, using the standard 18"W x 16"D measurement:

The gel inside our cushions can easily be cut with scissors without compromising the integrity of the gel. However, this will void the warranty.

Yes, three of our cushions have been approved for HCPCS codes and are listed bleow. Approval for a HCPCS code does not guarantee reimbursement.
